A two-stone drop: a round laboratory-grown diamond on the lobe and a larger one hanging just off it. Four stones in all, 3 ct the pair — a 5 mm round of 0.5 ct in each stud and a 6.5 mm round of 1 ct in each drop, each held in a three-prong collet, with a butterfly back.
Solid 18 karat yellow gold, hallmarked — 4 g the pair. 14.56 mm from the top of the stud to the base of the drop; each collet is 5.55 mm deep. The two 1 ct stones each travel with an independent laboratory report. Made to order in rose or white gold at the same price.
