Shipping
Every ORIVA piece travels insured and signature-required, in a sealed box, with its certificate and hallmarked tag inside. You receive a tracking number the day it leaves us.
Within India
- Standard — free, everywhere. Seven to ten working days. No minimum order. Some pieces are finished and waiting; most are made once you order — cast, set, finished and certified for you. That is where the time goes.
- Faster — three to five working days, ₹999. Free on orders over ₹60,000. Choose it at checkout.
- Delivery goes to the address you enter at checkout. Tell us before dispatch if it needs to change.
Outside India
Yes, we ship internationally. Write to sales@orivajewels.in with the piece and the destination, and we will confirm the carrier, the timeline and the total cost before you pay anything. We would rather quote you accurately than publish a table that turns out to be wrong for your country.
Duties and customs are paid by the person receiving the piece. They are set by the destination country and we have no way to predict or absorb them.
Indian hallmarking is an Indian scheme. The piece is made and marked exactly the same way, but the hallmark is recognised rather than universal.
Our exchange terms apply to pieces bought and delivered within India. Bringing an international piece back is not economical for either of us, and we would rather say so now than after you have shipped it.
If something goes wrong
Every shipment is insured. If a piece does not arrive, tell us and we remake or refund it. That is our problem to solve, not yours to chase.
If a parcel arrives damaged or already opened, photograph it before opening it further and write to us the same day. It makes the insurance straightforward.
